South Rex is right, although bike commute numbers drop off lot once it starts raining here in the US. think it says not very much. can bike on paved bike trail miles to work with 95 on paved trail. It is important to note that the government knows about these problems, and chooses to keep it that way! The culture supports bikes. dont forget, many transit agencies are subsidized in different ways and high gas prices high demand need to be worked out its not too hot, and its flat! It is very difficult to own car here.
